| In 'Right to Information Act 2005' the duties of the Chief Central Information Commissioner are not clear. In case if we do not get the justice on our complaint from the concerned Central Information Commissioner, is it advisable to make an appeal to the Chief Central Information Commissioner or leave the whole trial for jusice to GOD? I am uploading one of such request made to CIC wherein I expressed my dissatisfaction on his decision. |

| sir, I am Praveen kumar from CBIT college (2007-2009 batch) Hyderabad. I have submitted my M.E IV semester project work dissertation in our college on 17-08-2009. Along with me 4 other students have also submitted. Till now my M.E IV sem results were not declared by the Examination cell, College of Engineering, Osmania University. The other 4 students results were declared on December 2009.
Now can I ask the director of examination cell, college of engineering, OU., under RTI act.
1) why my results were not declared till now ?
2) when will they declare my result?
3) who will be responsible for this delay in my result?
4) what action will be taken against that responsible person?

I am staying at Bandlaguda LIG APARTMENTS, constructed by APHB, This LIG apartments notification done on 2004, and construction over on 2009. we had paid the amount Rs.3,08.000/- for 450 sft flat. They handover the flat on july 2009 without facilities like water supply, electric power supply. Presently they are given a notice for flat owners the tentative cost raised nearly Rs.99500/-, for length of flat raised from 450 sft to 509 sft, and owner ship. for this problem. we consult the APHB, south division people, they are not properly respond. and my question, is how overcome for this problem, whom we will met for solve this problem,

Last year two thefts happened at my home(Snatching of gold chains) and we lost gold worth 1.5 lakhs. The police has filed the complaint and they didn't progressed on the case. Same style of thefts are repeatedly happening in this area and even police left the theives we caught in a theft . My family left our own house and shifted house due to these fears. Now I want to know the list of thefts happened in the last one year in that area and the status of the cases filed. I have requested a special power of attorney through document no.262/2004 of SUB REGISTRAR – VIJAYAWADA-URBAN. Now I am in need of “copy of above Spl. power of attorney for my legal purpose.
I have gone to Vijayawada and asked for the above copy in the sub registrar office, but they have refused to give it , and told me there is no provision for the issue of the above copy and also not accepted to register my requisition application.
In this regard I humbly request you to give me proper guidelines how to get the copy of my spl. Power of attorney

| Regarding Ist appeal |
| I have submitted an application seeking information to the IPO duly paying the fee. Even after 30 days he had not responded. I have submitted Ist appeal to the A.A. The A.A instructed the IPO to furnish the information. Then the IPO furnished me incorrect, not relating and insufficient information. I have informed the same to the IPO and copy was also marked to the A.A to furnish the actual required information instead of incorrect and incomplete. But so far no information received either from the IPO or A.A.
At this position whether I have to submit 1st appeal again to the A.A or 2nd appeal to the Commission to get correct and sufficient information. |

| I worked in Visakha Port for 21 years for which i am eligible for prorata retirement benifits as per CCS rules followed by VPT. They have not paid so far nor given proper reply for which i have been fighting for the last 25 years. The copy of RTI application sent on 30th September 2008 is attached for information. i am resident of ASM Girls High schiool road, 4th ward of ponnur municipality. though our ward was situated in heart of the town, we have no cement road, no drainage channels in our ward. we are facing many problems due to pigs, open drainage pits, mosquitos. no response from municipality in spite of number of written and oral complaints. please do something. |

I am staying at Hyderabad.I want to get an information from Vijayawada corporation.I want to know the process of getting information from Vijayawada corporation without going directly to Vijayawada as i have limited time and busy due to some personal reasons.Please give me an idea about sending application to the Vijayawada corporation. How much money should i send as a fee and how to send that money.Will i get receipt after they receive the money.If i don't get the receipt then how should i get it. What should i do if they do not accept or receive my application and money.What is the meaning of Indian Postal Order.

The road under Railway Bridge which goes from Gulmohar Park to Lingampally (BHEL) only one side is functioning that too the road condition is too worst. Daily lots of vehicles including Heavy Transportation vehicles are taking this path. Please help the people by making the remaining 50% make functioning properly with good condition including existing one.

| Dear Sir,
I am CH.Brahmanandam from VIZAG
My father worked in Hindustan Shipyard Limited, in Rigging Department.
He retired in the year of 2000.
He has to get some amount from the company. Union leaders went to Delhi and talked with higher officials but no use. We used information act and we asked how much money we will get. They given all the details but they didn’t mention when they will give the money. what information I have to give to u, nearly 100 + employees are awaiting for their retirement money. when they will get the money. to whom we have to contact.
