| What is the fee to be paid ? |

Your articles on RTI go a long way in helping the public understand their rights. I want to know how to pay the fee to the different departments where from we intend to source information . Is the fee same for all the departments or is it different for different departments .

| Regarding Ist appeal |
| I have submitted an application seeking information to the IPO duly paying the fee. Even after 30 days he had not responded. I have submitted Ist appeal to the A.A. The A.A instructed the IPO to furnish the information. Then the IPO furnished me incorrect, not relating and insufficient information. I have informed the same to the IPO and copy was also marked to the A.A to furnish the actual required information instead of incorrect and incomplete. But so far no information received either from the IPO or A.A.
At this position whether I have to submit 1st appeal again to the A.A or 2nd appeal to the Commission to get correct and sufficient information. |

| I worked in Visakha Port for 21 years for which i am eligible for prorata retirement benifits as per CCS rules followed by VPT. They have not paid so far nor given proper reply for which i have been fighting for the last 25 years. The copy of RTI application sent on 30th September 2008 is attached for information. The road under Railway Bridge which goes from Gulmohar Park to Lingampally (BHEL) only one side is functioning that too the road condition is too worst. Daily lots of vehicles including Heavy Transportation vehicles are taking this path. My father worked in Hindustan Shipyard Limited, in Rigging Department.
He retired in the year of 2000.
He has to get some amount from the company. Union leaders went to Delhi and talked with higher officials but no use. We used information act and we asked how much money we will get. They given all the details but they didn’t mention when they will give the money. what information I have to give to u, nearly 100 + employees are awaiting for their retirement money. when they will get the money. to whom we have to contact.
